The Doody Guys! offers the Dogipot brand of pet waste stations to fit the needs and budget of your community.
Pet waste stations provide communities with a cost-effective solution to managing pet waste on their property. Each station includes a waste receptacle, litterbag dispenser, and sign.

Pet waste station service includes emptying the waste receptacle, refilling the Bio-bags, removing waste within a ten-foot radius of the station, and maintaining the station as needed.

Managed Services:
We also offer a complete managed service solution that includes the Dogipot pet waste station, service, maintenance, Installation, and supplies for one low weekly cost.

Residential Services
• We offer weekly, Twice a week, every-other week, once a month, and one-time cleanings, whichever suits you best.
• We are fully insured and our employees are always in uniform, and our vehicles clearly marked.
• We disinfect our tools and shoes to eliminate the possibility of spreading diseases.

Commercial Services are Also Available
Homeowners associations, apartment, condo, and mobile home communities, parks, and municipalities don’t usually own pets, but they do have tenants that do. And that adds to the already large problem of pet waste, and without a pet waste management program in place, that creates a Dog Waste Issue (D.W.I.). We have services to fit the needs and budget of your community to help eliminate those issues.
• We clean and disinfect special areas as needed.
• We provide Dogipot pet waste station and supply sales, installation, and service.
• We provide trash can service.
• We pick up general trash from common areas around the property.
• We work with property managers to develop pet waste management plans within the community.
• We assist with the planning and development of dog parks

 

The Doody Guys RATES
The Doody Guys rates are based on 3 separate criteria:

1. Number and Size of Dogs being serviced.
2. Size, Condition, and Difficulty of yard or area to be serviced.
3. Amount and weight of waste being removed.

**Please note that some months have 5 weeks and you will be charge accordingly.**

More than 4 dogs, please call us to schedule an appointment for a free estimate.   All new accounts will incur an initial set-up/clean-up fee of $15.00. One time cleanups are based on an hourly rate of $45.00 per hour. **1 (One) Hour Minimum** The reason we institute winter rates is because it costs us much more to operate during the winter time, and also helps us keep our overall rates to a minimum. Winter rates are instituted because of 2 reasons: 1. LOSS OF DAYLIGHT: We lose daylight starting in November, therefore we are only able to service a limited amount of customers during the duration of the day. 2. WINTER WEATHER: Rain, snow, and most precipitation happens during the winter months. We bring in much more in weight during these months versus the rest of the year. Commercial Rates: All rates for commercial accounts will be charged according to the difficulty, size, and overall condition of the job requested. Estimates are required for all commercial jobs. We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust pricing based on size and condition of yards. Additional pricing for larger dogs and commercial yards may apply. To make things easier on everybody, and so we don't get left "Holding the bag" we pre-bill All of our accounts. **Please Note** Rates Slightly Higher for animals over 65lbs.

The Doody Guys "Poop in a Can" Service:
We supply the bucket, lid and bag, you supply the scoop and the elbow grease. Our "Poop in a Can" service allows you to scoop on your own time, and then forget about it. The Doody Guys will arrange to come by as often as you want to change out the bag and haul-away the mess. Our Galvanized 6-gallon bucket won't leak, the lid won't come off when properly secured, and the smell and mess are minimized with regular service.
